Sharon Historical Society
Celebrate the Semiquincentennial of the Declaration of Independence and the founding of the United States by hearing about the commonly known as well as the untold and unexplored stories of the Sharon Patriots who served in the Revolutionary War and are buried in Rock Ridge Cemetery.
Sharon Public Library Archivist Arielle Nathanson will give a presentation about Cemetery Art. The group will then proceed to Rock Ridge where Sharon Historical Society volunteers will deliver short biographies at the gravesite of each Patriot and Ms. Nathanson will point out examples of the art she described.
