Did you know one of our Board Members collects antique newspapers?
Jason owns a collection of 55 extremely rare colonial Boston newspapers (1786 - 1803) and he will have them on display for all to see. MFA in Boston only has one or two of these in their archives. These copies had been locked up for decades in a private collection in France and have been brought back home.
The newspaper contain many famous historical figures including Hames Bowdoin, Samual Adams and George Washington to name a few! Some also include presidential speeches!!
Jason is looking forward to seeing you there and going through them with you and answering any question you may have!
